My aim is to offer a comfortable and safe environment for you to reach your true potential.

I use a combination of psychotherapy and coaching to provide a solutions-focussed approach.

My work is not to 'fix' or offer advice, rather to facilitate exploration of your thoughts and feelings; to challenge unhelpful and limiting beliefs; and encourage you to lean into discomfort to enable growth.

I believe change comes from curiosity and discomfort!

Passionate about learning and self-development, I've spent over 25 years leading and working in this sector.

The Barn Sessions: Permission to Play
Friday 15th May
Kelmarsh Hall

When was the last time you played…

not to be productive,

not for someone else,

not to improve yourself,

but simply because it felt good?

The Barn Sessions: Permission to Play is a guided day experience for adults who want to let go, laugh, soften, and rediscover joy.

Set in the converted barn, walled garden, and wooded grounds of Kelmarsh Hall, this day invites you to explore play using movement, materials, and the natural environment — with no pressure, no performance, and nothing to get right.

Expect:

• Gentle outdoor movement in the stunning a walled garden

• Playful exploration through materials and nature

• A relaxed home-cooked lunch with playful touches

• Time in the woods, curiosity-led and unhurried

• Space to be present, laugh, wander, and enjoy

This isn’t about being silly.

It’s about being free.
