Couples & Relationship Therapy

The key to a successful relationship isn't finding the perfect person. It's building a relationship where the challenges you face together feel manageable, meaningful, and worth working through.

Relationships can be one of the greatest sources of connection, growth, and fulfilment in our lives. They can also be one of the places where we experience the most frustration, conflict, hurt, and misunderstanding.

Whether you're feeling stuck in recurring arguments, struggling with trust, navigating the impact of an affair, exploring non-monogamy, adjusting to family life, blending families, or simply wanting to strengthen your connection, relationship therapy provides a space to pause, reflect, and move forward together.

Relationships rarely struggle because people are "bad" at them. More often, difficulties arise when needs go unmet, communication breaks down, trust is damaged, or old experiences begin to influence how we relate to one another.

My role is not to take sides or decide who is right or wrong. Instead, I work collaboratively with everyone involved to understand what is happening beneath the surface, identify unmet needs, improve communication, and develop healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating.

My approach combines psychotherapy with a coaching-informed and solutions-focused approach. Together, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs, behaviours, and experiences that may be contributing to difficulties, while also identifying practical steps towards the relationship you want to create.

I work with a diverse range of relationship structures, including:

• Couples
• Married and unmarried partners
• Same-sex relationships
• Consentual non-monogamous relationships
• Throuples and polycules
• Blended families and stepfamilies
• Those exploring boundaries, trust, intimacy, communication, identity, and relationship dynamics

Fees & Timings

I typically recommend fortnightly sessions, allowing time between appointments to put insights into practice, experiment with new ways of relating, and work towards the goals we've agreed together.

Initial Session (90 minutes): £150

The first session allows us to explore your concerns, understand your goals, and begin mapping out a way forward.

Subsequent Sessions (50 minutes): £115

Relationship therapy is an investment in yourselves, your connection, and your future together. Whether your goal is to repair, strengthen, redefine, or better understand your relationship, I provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where meaningful conversations and lasting change can take place.
